Governors

Embrace Multi Academy Trust has a Board of Trustees, and each school within Embrace has a local governing board (LGB).    Croft C of E Primary School and Manorfield C of E Primary School share the same Executive Headteacher, so there is one combined LGB that governs across both of the schools, and this includes a staff governor and a parent governor from each school. 

Governors work closely with the executive headteacher, heads of school, members of staff and children to ensure that the school continues to grow and go from strength to strength.

What is the Governing Board?

School governors are responsible for providing strategic leadership, and creating robust accountability, oversight and assurance for the school’s educational and financial performance.  Our school governors are passionate about education and are committed to continuous school improvement to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
